Our methodology begins with a detailed study of needs and challenges unique to the organization in order to gain a deep understanding about what kind of executive professional will be the most effective for your company.
Following this stage, we help our clients to define ideal candidate profile (knowledge, experience and skills) and customized position (role, responsibilities, goals and key challenges). As a consultants, we take a broad approach and offer different perspectives for how to conceive a role and pinpoint the ideal candidate.
Matching our Profiles to your needs
We develop short list of the most qualified candidates with a detailed assessment report, which contains information on the candidates’ personal, behavioral, academic and professional profiles, including a rationale in which we explain why the candidate should be considered for the role.
Following the review the shortlist with our clients and action any feedback, we start and manage the client interview process.
Meet the Shortlist
Our work does not end with a successful hire. We work in partnership with our client and candidate to identify integration needs and plan the successful integration of the candidate into their new organization.
We meet with client and candidate at regular intervals to follow up the integration process: placement’s fit with the corporate culture, the position, the team and de organization.
Onboarding
Our primary focus is direct search. We conduct targeted research into companies and sector and develop an exhaustive list of prospects best qualified for the role.
Following the identification of the long list, we initiate short-listing. This commences with initial telephone interviews which assess a prospective candidate’s suitability for and interest in the position. Once this has been confirmed, candidates carryout in-depth one to one interviews with the project’s lead consultant. The interview format is a combination of non-directive discussions to assess the candidate’s personality and communication skills, as well as competency based interviews and psychometric testing. During the interview stage, we show genuine care with candidates, and take time to understand their interests, aspirations, and manage their expectations and concerns.
Market Scan & Selection
After the client has selected its preferred candidate, We support you in the preparation and presentation of the offer to the successful candidate. This is then followed by discussions with both the client and the candidate.
